Do not go to this location! I shipped a small tapestry that fit into a mailing tube. When it was supposed to arrive, my driver told me that the tube arrived empty and he gave it to his manager. I am not sure that the item even left the store but if it did the man there had no idea how to seal a mailing tube. The charge to ship this now lost item was $45 which is way out of line, I should have walked away at that point but wanted to get this done because we had to catch a plane. Even though my address is a commercial location he would only ship residential which is more expensive. He never offered insurance and the value of the item is well over the $100 that is covered. When I talked to my local UPS representative I was told that UPS locations can charge whatever they want and this location takes that to the max. There are others in the Fort Worth area and I suggest you go to another. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.
UPDATE: Beware if you ship through any UPS Store THEY are the UPS customer NOT you. So if you have to put in a claim you are at the mercy of the store you went to. UPS will only work with them and if a claim is settled the payment goes to the UPS store NOT YOU. This store did file the claim for me and sent me a check but I was shorted about $17. When I contacted the store they told me I have to contact UPS directly. But as I stated, I am not the UPS customer so I can't do anything to get my lost money back. I could not check the progress of the claim as it was processed either. So my advise - definitely do not use this store and I would avoid any others. Next time I will go to a stationery shop and buy the supplies and purchase the shipping online. Or maybe go to the post office - they often have shipping...

She looked at me like I was stupid. My daughter was trying to tell her hi and she ignored her. She Wasn't wearing a name badge and she asked me how old my daughter is so I told her 4, she said she is 4 years old and that all she says? I told her no, she just doesn't like being ignored so she is going to keep telling you hi until you say hello back. I asked her if there were any other boxes besides those because the thing I was shipping was small. She rolled her eyes and said no. The other worker told her there were some in the back. She went and grabbed one and it was a good size and I told her thank you and all she did was smirk. Didn't say you're welcome. I swear I wanted to slap her and go about my day. I had two orders to return from Shein I had put them in one bag since they were both going to the same location and she told me they had to be in separate bags I separated them and put them in a grey bag that Shein had sent with the items and the guy said he couldn't return it because it needed to be in a box and refused to return the items. He tries to charge me $5 for a small box to be able to return the items. I went and got a box put the items in the box and returned to the UPS where the guy told me that the code had already been scanned cause the other female had scanned it and thrown it away when I left. He said he could print it again but wouldn't be able to give me a receipt.
