Nails Rap — Local services in Four Corners States

I have been here a couple time and yesterday was one of the worst. Started off with a pedicure and I asked him to clean out under my nail on both big toes, he proceeded to cut the skin on the side and then pulled the skin out.. umm that freaking hurt. Of course it started to bleed And he kept grabbing my toe in that area when painting it. On the manicure, I decided to try the dip. He cut my nails down really short and there was no shape to the nail after the dipping process. I have the dip stuff on the side of that nail and my skin was stuck to the nails. No manicure was even done. Did not soak my fingers, did not clean my cuticles and no lotion on the hands and payment was 40 each. I will be going someone else today or remove these myself!! This place is great!! The staff is amazing!! I needed a nail salon to go to with my bridesmaids before my wedding and decided to try this place because it was one of few salons open on New Years Day. I was able to make an appointment ahead of time - it is the only nail salon that I've been to where the owner actually called me the day before to confirm my appointment. Not only that, but they had more people working than they had originally planned to accommodate the size of my bridal party - simply amazing! They were able to get all of us done (9 of us) in a very reasonable amount of time! To top it off, they gave almost everyone some sort of discount! Needless to say, this is the only nail place I have ever been to since then (January) and I continue to leave...

I will say all the reviews for this place that are like 1-2 stars are right, my hands are cut up pretty bad and I’m not happy with my nails. All of my nails are different shapes, the nail tech didn’t ask me what I wanted, I came in wanting a round shape and she just started putting the acrylic on my nails without asking me if I liked the shape, they were square. Every single one of my nails has a cut, dried acrylic, or leftover nail polish on it. I didn’t even get the color I wanted and I think they just ran out of the polish I wanted, that’s fine, just ask me if I can choose an alternate.
