RH Outlet Superior — Local services in Four Corners States

Restoration Hardware outlet has the community excited so I wanted to check it out. I got there and was pretty underwhelmed. The pieces looked nice-ish from afar but many of them were banged up up close or incomplete part of sets. The prices are more like 40-50% off (which I get is pretty great) even though it says “up to 80% off” - also I was trying to ask the folks at the store about delivery but not a single person wanted to answer questions. Far better than shopping at a regular RH, but even at a discount, charging these prices for items with a thin veneer is insane.
