The guy that was checking us out was so rude when he scanned an item that was buy one get one free on the shelf it didn't take one off and he charged full price for it. When we called his attention to it he got hella attitude and hurled the product up and walked of saying I have to go check walking as slow as he could when he returned he rudely says it was expired after we had to walk back to the back the second time with him. So the other checker told him they had to make good on it he was mad. We got the product anyways only because we had already been to every store in Franklinton looking for one item no one had so we settled with Winn Dixie then to be treat like that. WATCH OUT!!! This Winn Dixie facilitates criminals that steal credit card information. This Winn Dixie allowed fraud to occur. Some criminal stole my card number and went to his Winn Dixie and spent over $2000 dollars. I don't even reside in this state. I've never even visited ever. They may not be responsible for what that criminal exiting but they facilitated him by allowing him to complete the transaction without verifying that he was the owner of the card. What I love about it: the bogo sales CAN BE awesome, WHEN AND IF the price isn't jacked up to account for what's lost in TRUE bogo sales. Also, they now have toddler 'buggies' with a handle for mama or daddy to hold onto.

What dislike: they are ALWAYS short staffed, so if you go during rush hours, don't expect to be out in less than 20min. The pricing is wayyy inflated. They NEVER have complimentary coffee as promised. And there are no more gas miles or...
