Very upset with the customer service I received. I called approximately 2 weeks ago to inquire about the Nintendo NES Classic availability. I spoke to a very nice lady, who informed me that they did have the consoles in transit. She took my name, and number, and even joked about bringing her lunch. She said the shipment was scheduled for later that day, or the next few days. I called back later that day, and spoke with a gentleman. He found the note with my name, and number, and informed me that the shipment had not yet came in. I waited two days, and called back. I spoke with the same gentleman. He remembered me, and stated that they had received the shipment, but that they had not received the console on the shipment. I waited one week, and went by the store. The same gentleman was there, and told me that they had yet to receive any of the consoles. My husband, and I just stopped in today, another week later, and spoke with a young lady. This lady was very short, and informed us that they had in fact received the NES Classic LAST week. Poor, poor customer service. I understand that this is a "hot" item. However when you are told multiple times that you will be called when something comes in store to pick up the item, and then you are pushed to the side, that is not a way to treat customers. That said, visiting this store reminded me of why I miss stopping by GameStop. The folks working here took time to help me find some new games to play, and recommended some games Iād never considered. I like to think I pay attention to gaming releases, but things still slip by me. If youāre struggling to find something new, or want to try something out that you arenāt sure youāll like, check out used titles here, you can return them if you donāt like the game.

After a few days we set it up and immediately had issues. Heās only been able to use it for maybe an hour total, it freezes and the controller wonāt communicate to the system. We didnāt get the 7 day warranty as we trust game stop, we didnāt think they would sell broken consoles but now we know. No more hard earned money spent there. Iāll take my business elsewhere, as they refuse to make it right. Iāll buy the ps5 for my son and never look back to this place...
