I absolutely love this store. The staff is always so nice and extremely helpful. I went for the first time in August of 2021 to find a dress for my engagement and I was absolutely amazed at how helpful the staff was and very honest with giving me opinions on what looked good and everything like that (since I tend to get overwhelmed and frustrated when buying clothes). I returned one time in October or November to find an outfit for my engagement photo session and ended up not finding something I was exactly going for but still walked out with my outfit for Christmas. I returned again yesterday to find an outfit for my photos once more and Anna remembered who I was and approached me to help me since she had helped me pick out my engagement dress. Usually there are really nice employees here, but today while waiting in line just to get assistance in getting a fitting room, there was one cashier checking out a customer and another associate is just standing there also engaging in random conversation with the customer. Although it was a lengthy conversation, I had no problem waiting until the daughter of the customer signaled that someone was waiting for assistance and the associate just looked and went back to doing literally nothing. Anyone with basic customer service skills would say something like “Im sorry, let me just assist this customer. Are you waiting to check out or did you need assistance?”. That associate was terrible and while I found some stuff I was looking forward to trying on and purchasing, I was not going to do it dealing with her...

Staff was helpful upon entry to greet us and tell us the sales, etc. but when I went with my girlfriend to the fitting rooms, I let her know I'd be sitting on the chair outside her room. A staff member, after hearing me say that, told me I had to leave the fitting room area because I could potentially make the girls leaving their fitting rooms uncomfortable "with my presence" and my girlfriend wasn't able to get the zipper up on the dresses she wanted to try on. We ended up leaving and my partner was frustrated that I wasn't able to help her let alone even see her trying on dresses we wanted to get together.
