We drove 61 miles to go to this store because it was the only one that had two xbox one elites. We wanted to trade our originals in for the elites. Well we got there and they wouldn't take one of our systems because the tamper seal was slightly peeling. They decided to show us this by peeling it almost completely off. We ended up just purchasing an elite system instead of doing a trade in. Well the new system was damaged. The usb port on the side is bent to where I can barely get a usb plug in it and the elite controller that we received had to be shipped to Microsoft in order to be repaired. Just them almost taking off the tamper seal alone is terrible. This voided our warranty on the old system. If I were anyone living near them I'd avoid this store...

The short guy with blonde hair and glasses was rather rude... We came in to see if we could buy a pack of pokemon cards and he started with, "You see the thing is... We're sold out completely." I said, "No way!" and he just got progressively more and more condescending. "Um. YES freakin' way. It's because they're POPULAR. People were lining up for 16 hours to buy boxes." Just completely and totally man-splaining about why Pokémon cards were sold out.

Dude. Chill. It's not my problem you sell to scalpers. I just wanted to buy a single pack of cards- I didn't need you to come at me with that attitude.

I hope he's not there the next time I go in. I'm not going in if I see him. His attitude just totally rubbed me...

It's a solid store that will Always have business based on location alone. The clerks are pretty nice people, most seem to be into gaming which is always a plus for me. I knew which game I wanted, if course the clerk asked to see if I had any other potential purchases and some potential peepers for my system. I personally don't support pre-ordering (especially after this year when radiant historian disappointed me badly) though I'm planning on buying the game if it looks worthy on launch. I am happy with the purchase I did make and will keep returning to...
