I stopped by today hoping to find some tech support for my 10 year old sons Nintendo Swith he got for Christmas ( keep in mind I'm 58 and have no idea how to operate this lol) the store was busy it being the day after Christmas and on a Sunday. The guy was working by himself and the. Store was busy. He could have easily told me that he didn't have time to go through all that. But he took the time to help my son set it it correctly and even showed him how to download numerous free down loads so he could get the full experience. All while waiting on other customers and checking people out. No one at anytime was left waiting and he went above and beyond what he he had to do. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Ryan was totally amazing! I went in only to buy a new controller for my sons xbox. It was going to cost close to $80. Ryan swooped in and save not only my day but also my bank account. He sold me on a trade in controller that was brand new and half the price plus he talked me into reactivating my powerup rewards. AND!!!! He over heard my son mention being excited for a new black ops game to come out, so Ryan informed me of preordering the game which comes with a bunch of super cool stuff before the game ever comes out so I did that as well. I love GameStop and this location in particular. I have never had a negative experience with GameStop, in store or on the phone with customer service but the folks in this store are just the best. Going in and seeing the familiar faces of James and Jacob are like seeing family (family that you actually like, that is). But they, and everyone in this store, are the most helpful and nicest people. If I am out and about and planning to go to GameStop, I always go to this location at Samarth Plaza even if I will be closer to the other location at Franklin Square because of how they make me feel…like a valued customer and...
