GameStop — Local services in Harlan

Management was rude before the time of a potential transaction that I did not make due to poor attitude from store manager. I had accidentally called the manager at the store location the wrong name, he asked me to repeat myself and I did I called him Tim instead of teddy. I apologized to the manager and asked him how hurt he was in a joking manner he replied in a very serious angry manner that “ if he had a higher opinion of me he would be more hurt “ he then proceeded to call me a stranger to the store ( prior to my moving away I shopped at this store location frequently) . One of the other workers at the store location related with a taunting “ohhhhh” . I felt discouraged from shopping at the store and will cease to buy from this location again due to the lack of customer service skills. This is the best GameStop, in my opinion. The store has made some huge strides to improve product availability. Airon, Patrick, and Dylan are awesome! They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help customers, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they will do whatever they can to try to find it for you. I stop at several GameStop locations on a regular basis, looking for certain items for my sons collections, and I would definitely pick Harlan over the others. I've been to a lot of GameStops, near and far, but (This is my local) this GameStop is the absolute best. The Guys here are so friendly and know exactly what games are trending, what's good, and even had an employee tell me about the new COD Black Ops 4 when it came out and recommend it. Every time I want to pre-order a new game, I come here, and they are more than happy to let me know of the good deals and games that are available. The location is nice too, because you can run down the sidewalk to grab a bite to eat if you need to think about a game before buying it. 11/10 can't ever...
