I went in about early February to get the back glass of my phone repaired since it shattered. Should’ve just been a quick replacement but within a week I noticed numerous issues. He gave my phone back to me with scotch tape around the sides, that should’ve been the very first red flag. My sim card reader had stopped recognizing my sim card (after testing it on other phones, we were able to conclude it was NOT a sim card issue but a hard ware problem). Additionally there was a little blotch at the bottom of my screen, small enough to ignore but that was not there prior. Additional my battery condition had significantly deteriorated (from 89% all the way down to 60%). I brought the phone back in with my boyfriend citing these issues and the man working the counter told us that I had to have “pressed the screen too hard” and caused damage myself. That is frankly IMPOSSIBLE as no one’s fingers can simply destroy this many things hardware wise. The issues were so bad that my phone started to expand and it was no longer safe to use and I had to replace the phone all together. I pulled the phone apart recently and was horrified to find bits of shattered glass inside the phone which had PUNCTURED my phone battery, ultimately causing the battery to expand in the first place. The expanded battery had actually moved the sim card reader so that would also not register and most likely also had to do with the screen issues as well. The glue job to replace the initial problem was also poorly done as well, as the screens and back glass popped straight off when we decided to investigate the phone. I’m appalled at the customer service at this place to instantly point blame right back at the customer in such an illogical way, especially as I know a significant amount about hardware. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND BLAME YOU. ANY SHOP IN HOBOKEN WAS ABLE TO RECOGNIZE AND TELL ME STRAIGHT UP THAT THE MAN WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF AND POINT...

I wouldn't go here to fix your phone. I went here and it was just terrible. It started off smooth and well. My phone was completely shattered, the screen was glitching and shaking showing random colors and lines were popping up on the screen. The owner Ray convince me to get a glass screen protector with fixing my phone. So I decided to do that. It looked good up front and was working fine. The next day cracks began to appear in on the screen protector and I didn't drop it. I was confused. After two or three days I had noticeable cracks on the screen saver and the sides of the screen saver. It began to fall apart and I was planning on taking it back to see what was wrong with it when I was using it and my phone screen turned green and shut off. So I am upset cause I just paid 90 to fix my phone for it to just crumble and fall apart like that. Then I went back into the store to ask about it. He said that if it hasn't been a mouth then they will still cover it and it has only been two weeks. Then Ray goes on to tell me that I have to pay 85 more dollars minimum for a repair. I had just paid 90 before and he was trying to get me to pay more. I could of went to apple to get it fixed for 99 with no glass screen protector and my phone would have been fine. I could have gone anywhere else and they probably would have done a better job. After the fact that I was upset because he ripped me off. He went on to laugh at me when I said it was ridiculous that I had to pay more. I don't recommend this place in any way. I talk to people around and there are places that are cheaper and do a better job than this place. So if this review stops anyone from going here it would all be worth it. I wish I could give them zero star. They want to rip off your pocket and get the money as much as possible in every single visit to their stores. Their price depends on their mood, but always is expensive. I bought from them a cover for my iphone and they told the price $20 more. When they see I’m reluctant to buy that they suddenly decrease the price $20. (Original price was $30 and they decreased it to $10…can you believe this?). Also the quality of the cover was not so good and you could buy a much better cover in Amazon for lower price. Don’t even think to try them and you shouldn’t trust them at all. Same case happened for my friend. They charged my friend $20 for changing the screen protector and couple of days after that charged my other friend $15 for changing the same screen protector. It’s worth to mention that pack of 3 of that screen protector is just $5 in Amazon. You could practice on first two to install protector by yourself and it is way more cheaper than...
