Bravado Wireless — Local services in Idabel

The staff is very friendly and helpful sadly the internet service in my area kicks rocks and is a bare feet on Legos kinda day .. I have the mifi2200 and while it works well when it gets signal .Its getting a steady signal that seems to be the problem. I've moved my modem all over my house and the best location is in the middle of the street. The outages are another issue that they seem to be plagued by .Every month at verying. Time in the month there's an outage can't really call it reliable. The staff at the store so all in their power to help. but like a lot here in Oklahoma we seem to be 10yrs. Behind the rest of the country .Just getting 4 g when most of the country is at 5 g.or better no fault of Bravdo just wish it...

Usually a wait due to only one person in the store. Service has been interrupted for several days this past month due to a construction crew damaging a line somewhere. If the service was more reliable it would be the best in the county for the area I live in. Hope they can find a way to decrease service interruptions and maintain at least some service if anything happens...

I only gave 1 star because for some reason me an my husband seem to almost never have service anymore its crazy my bill is to much to almost never have service they need to fix it before they don't have us anymore I do not...
