Just tried to get a PS4 controller here. Called ahead several times and no one answered. When I drove to the store I was promptly told they "were all out of all controllers" and had no clue when to expect more, and from there I was dismissed. It is clear the people working here do not care about helping anyone find what they need. The employees weren't rude but they were the exact opposite of what you want when interacting with customers: unhelpful, unfriendly, and dismissive.
Maybe offer to take down a running list of the controllers people are looking for and their phone number, that way when controllers get in they can reach out to people? Nope, definitely too much work. They were perfectly happy to let me walk out the door and let the business go elsewhere.
