My boyfriend, Son & I spent the night camping out at this location in hopes to be first in line to purchase Pokemon cards. Around 9:30am I left to go use the bathroom with my son comfortably seated playing his Nintendo switch in 1 of 2 chairs I had brought with my boyfriend parked closely by keeping a sharp eye on my son. Around the same time I leave a man and his 1 year old son came by and informed to the manager that i wasnāt sitting in my chair around 9:30 when the manager showed up. When I come back Iām informed by Bryant the manager that I would not be able to purchase any cards for myself since I wasnāt seated in my chair at 9:30am š like when was this rule established that nobody can leave? To use the bathroom at that. Isnāt my time spent camping outside the store all night enough especially if nobody was in line until 9:30am they too could have woke up early enough to beat me out my spot but instead decided to be lazy and unfair by making false claims that I wasnāt present when I was the most present. Dnt shop here if you want to be treated fairly. I pay $20 each for two pro accounts yearly for me & my son to each obtain the fair amount of card per person but I guess I did something wrong by not peeing on myself. The Manager unfairly took his kinds side in the opinion that I didnāt deserve my fair share. The man claimed the cards was for his son the 1year old but I overheard him talking to some other customers about reselling his boxes however I think heās a streamer because it looks like he gets no sun and probably just going to vlog his self opening his packs for YouTube views. š All I know is what happened to me was truly unfair and it needed to...

Not only did I found out they gave out the codes earlier than expected, but also the staff (female) was very rude about it. When I walked in I saw two staffs a male and female talking to each other. As I approached the counter I simply asked about the PokĆ©mon code they was giving out, and the female staff responded rudely as if I interrupted the conversation she was having with her co worker. I mentioned I was also told they were giving out the codes everyday til the deadline and the female staff once again responded rudely saying theyāre not giving out any more codes.Therfore being a member with GameStop, Iāve decided when itās time for renewal I will not renew my membership with them and Iāll take my business...

I asked the guy do I need to keep the receipt for the warranty he said no we can look it up with your phone number so I assured he had it. When I got a chance to use the controller a few days later because I'm a truck driver and it specifically for my truck, it didn't work because the left stick was stuck pointing down making it inoperable. So when I got back into town which was about 3 weeks later went to the store, now they can't find any of information including the phone number I gave. Could do absolutely nothing to help but offer me $12 dollars for the controller which felt like a slap in the face. Called customer service and they were bo help either.
