There is a lady working there who is lazy, lying about policy changes, and not doing her job. I was received rudely, customer service from her was very poor. She acted like me asking a question about new funko pops coming out was a huge issue. Then I wanted to trade the ps4 games I brought in, all the ones I bought from there pre-owned were "corrupted" because of small tiny pinhole paint chips in the top of the disc. I went home and reinstalled one of these "corrupted" disc's and it played just fine no corruption. I then called gamestop on lima road in fort wayne to ask about this new policy of corrupted disc and he said he has never heard such a thing. I will be talking to Kendallville manager tomorrow. I bought a switch and 2 extra controllers 9 months ago and bought the extra replacement warranty on everything. Yesterday on of the controllers stopped working so I went into the store tonight to ask about getting it replaced the lady was very rude and didn't even want to look up my purchase on the computer then proceeded to tell me if I wanted the controller replacement I would have to return the whole gaming system.... mind you a bought 2 different warranty one for the system and one for the controllers. She said polices have changed and the warranty works different now..how can you change the way a warranty works after someone buys the warranty?? It 100% came down to she didn't want to deal with me and my warranty...

In the most respectful way I can possibly write this. Your Employees and especially the Manager need an HR meeting about personal space. We hate even going in this store anymore because the usual "Can i help you find anything" and the normal response of.. "No thank you just looking." Doesn't apply here. You will be followed around the entire store without having anytime to actually look at merchandise because someone is always lingering. It makes people uncomfortable to have someone in a place of business or anywhere else to be closely followed and constantly talked at or sales pitched everything in the store. Do better. Give people space. When they need help...
