GameStop — Local services in Lake Jackson

If i could give it a less than 1 star i would. They must take customer service classes from Comcast. Came in to pick up a game, cash in my pocket. 3 customers in the store including myself, all in line. lady in first makes her purchase and goes. no problem. Guy in front of me walks up with his shopping bags full of games and says "yeah, i 'd like to trade all of these in." Sure no problem, got some time to burn don't mind waiting a bit. normally in my past exchanges if the trade in takes some time, they ask the next person in line if they have something simple to be done, and ask the tradee if they wouldn't mind holding on a bit. not this time, after about 6-7 minutes of trying to figure out what name his account is listed under they find it, about this time another sales associate arrives to start his shift. So i think, hey cool not much longer, no biggie. So guy goes to do his thing to get ready and comes back a few minutes later and takes over the trade. At this point I haven't been spoken to, or much looked at. The original associate takes off and does some more busy work behind the counter, my self still waiting. So at this point i turn and walk out. No one says a word, lets the sale walk right out the door. Terrible business sense they give these guys. So just gave my money to microsoft and got the digital download, since they actually want my money and...

If I could give 0 stars for the Lake Jackson location I would. The manager of this store is so rude ! She talks to everybody in a degrading manner and has zero patience. She's a pathetic excuse of a store manager. I legitimately can't stand her, but I still go in there, because Gamestop always has a wide selection of pops and trading cards. She's infectious the second you walk in. She acts as if every time you ask her a question you're bothering her, or she has something better to do besides BE AN EMPLOYEE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in with the plan of getting two games on Pro Day. Hanniel was gonna help me out with the purchase, but I had question about an inconsistency with my points. He helped me with that first and showed me I also had 3 coupons available to me that I could combine to get a couple of games I had my eyes on and save a little money. He was very friendly and helpful. The store usually has people just as helpful as Hanniel and tends to gave a great availability of games for the latest consoles. I would recommend people to always go to the gamestop if your looking for games or just little gaming knick...
