As a longtime visitor & fan of their last location, the new outlet store is a major disappointment. Aesthetically, it is a beautiful new space. But it is a fraction of the size of the old location. The deals aren't as great on shoes (ie, pay whatever the marked price is on the box, not a % of the marked price like last location). The kids section is horribly arranged, where shoes aren't even close to being arranged by size. But most disappointing, the amount of extended-size women's shoes is TINY now...I wear an 11, & the section is probably 1/8 the size it was in the old location. Horribly disappointing. We probably will still stop in once a year or so now... But not make it a "required stop" anymore anytime we are traveling I65 south of Louisville (12+/year). I can get comparable prices with comparison-shopping...

For men, the selection is pretty much shoes, and if you wear unique size, perhaps some pants and shirts or belt. Look for clearance items for the best deals, the rest is up to 70% off regular recommended retail prices, which the original prices are kind of premium, in my opinion. Finding a great deal for men's stuff is possible, but not on every visit. Sometimes I find $75 shoes for $10, or $275 shoes for $40 on clearance. The regulars know how to catch the best deals. Sometimes there are some pretty random things for sale, it's like an adventure. The staff is super friendly! Ask them anything, and they will even help you find something you didn't even know you actually are interested in. Do NOT shop here! Christmas gift purchase. As soon as I got paid on the 14th I went and made a gift purchase (sz9) and paid extra for fast shipping. I paid $85.58. On the 17th I received a sz8. I panicked and called them. They sent me a return label and said I'd have to re-purchase another of the same to get them by Christmas. They did not offer to switch, although it was THEIR mistake! So they have had the returned item for 4 days now and I still haven't received any notification of pending refund. Not a word from them!
