Maple Valley Market — Local services in Maple Valley

This store is decently priced and has a good selection of products, some of which you wouldn't find elsewhere. Unfortunately, it's quite lacking in other ways. First of all, the last time I walked in, the entire store smelled very bad. Not sure what it was; maybe a mixture of body odor and something I couldn't place. Second, the produce in the back was mostly rotten or on the way there. Finally, there's no hot deli. Things like soups and hot sandwiches would be amazing, but all I saw was a pile of cold sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in for a sandwich and a few other things. Their deli was not your typical fried foods. Everything in the case was FRESH, and homemade!! Everything! I ended up getting a sandwich and some different salads. My favorites were the chicken salad and a Chipolte chicken pasta salad. In addition they had prepared meals family sized.
