Placed an order online. I arrived an hour after placing the order at the store because I was in the area. There were two young workers in there. When I walked in one went to the back. I walked up to the counter and the other young man asked âcan I help you?â Told him I placed an online order and was checking the status, asked was it ready and gave my name.He glanced at the monitor and said no. He said he had order stuff to do and it would be ready when he got to it and gave a bunch of excuses. I was one of 3 customers in there. I stood there a min like it will take you 3 minutes to pull the games and get my order off your checklist right? So I asked was there an ETA. Again, no because he had so much to do. I called the customer service line and was told it was too late to cancel. However my order was cancelled later that evening when the employees âgotâ to it. I understand that this store has its challenges but turning away a customer who has paid is crazy. I understand that my order may have not loaded in the system but I doubt that. Needless to say, I wonât come back to this location but maybe better train your staff on basic customer service like donât tell the customer you got so much to do and then cancel my order at your convenience because I tried to cancel online and I called to cancel and was told the store...
   Read moreToday was the worst experience ever at this location park Ave. at about 6 o'clock my son and I and my mother walked in. we were greeted walking into the door by a employee that stated he wasn't on the clock but was helping out the other employee. the other employee was in the store room once the other guy comes out the store room. the off the clock guy informs him who all was waiting what we all needed. so he leaves and the other guy helps the first customer. so we waited and stood there the worker talked to the customer about anime for at least 20 to 30 minutes after he finished his purchase. when he had other customers waiting a guy and his son went to there car while waiting on him to get done talking. so we left with out getting the purchase that we came to get.    Read moreI purchased my new xbox series x 2 months ago and as of today it stopped working. When I was buying my Xbox, I was told that they were able to look all purchase history up in their system in case of there being any issues. When I went to return it the person there refused to help me because I was unable to also provide a receipt, physical warranty, controller, and hdmi cable. He wouldn't even look at my banking statement history. I was also told that "as of a week ago it's store policy that they are unable to look up purchase history" I then called the union store and they looked up the purchase history for me and helped me out. Not only does the park location sell bad quality products that are overpriced and break down on you in 2 months, but they also lie to your face whenever any issue arises so they can get our of doing their job. I hope some manager that works there reads this and turns the place around. I will never go back...
