Absolute worst customer service I've experienced. I came here for a particular bottle of champagne that was advertised online. Once I arrived and asked for the bottle, I was constantly asked You sure you want that. Typical stereotyping. Then the “owner I assume” told me a different price from what was shown online and what was shown behind the counter. After asking where is the additional charge coming from and this isn’t what’s shown online I was told to leave if you don’t like the price. Yes, in that exact order. I will NEVER shop here and if you value customers service or your dignity I advice to...
