T-Mobile — Local services in Meriden

I Went in just to look around and walked out with new phone and so much more. Immediately upon entering the store Alia was the first one to see me, smile, welcome me in and ask me how I was doing. She was so warm and welcoming it made me feel at ease. And that’s just the beginning, she is so sweet and knows her stuff. Before she even did anything she got to know me, asked what I was looking for, what I needed, and so on. She actually cared and was trying to pair me with a device that suited my needs. Once she knew what i needed she then not only showed me some options but also took the time and explained the features, and how to use them. Long story short I left with a new phone, new accessories and a better understanding on not only my device but also my account and perks I wasn’t even aware I had! such as the T-life app, and Netflix. Bottom line Alia was hands down the best sales rep I’ve ever encountered at T-Mobile!! Will most certainly come back in september to upgrade my Apple Watch! Alia you rock! Thank you for making this visit...

I had T-Mobile for a year now at first I enjoyed the service they are very good with helping you pay your bills but the store employees are just trying to give you easy fixes and easy answers at the moment I switched to AT&T because and employee told me I would be able to upgrade my phone even with a small crack on the back and they would take care of it and when I went in to do this exchange I was denied because of the crack and was told Some employees choose to take a risk and except a broken phone and some employees choose to do things by the policy it was very on organized then I was told they will do it and five minutes later was denied once again and left empty-handed after this I went straight to AT&T and got my purple iPhone thank you so much AT&T and T-Mobile I think you should really see what your employees are doing...

Worst experience I've ever had! I'd advise you to go to Rocky Hill or else well for quality, professional, and honest service. They are there to make their bucks and will lie to you to receive their lovely comission at the end of the month. I was so misinformed and with their lies and scams I cant back out of anything. These clowns will pull tricks out their hats and your SOL. That's just how they work. These fools won this round but you won't catch me ever giving them my business. Unfortunately I can't rate them with a 0 because it doesn't give you that option. They don't deserve...
