Winn-Dixie — Local services in Mobile

I was in the store on 1/8/19 upon checking out 2 employees both females was at the register standing there talking now mind you there are only 2 register open that night about a total of 5 people in the store shopping period. so I went to the register to check out and Taylor the cashier stated to her co worker she didn't even care to answer me when I asked her was her register open she never acknowledge me when I asked her this never looked up and said to her co worker quietly I dont even care and so her co worker standing there with her said yes she is open for check out. so I went to register and made her aware I heard her comment you stated to her co worker she didn't say anything or apologize. I then stated to her when you get to the place of stating you don't care about a customers that keep a job for you than you need to go home and stay at home with that dum negative attitude. I spoke to the manager at the store and also he did not apologize for his worker and was non interest in what happened. so I then began to understand where the workers get this negative mind set from the manager. why would 1 worker say to her co worker I dont even care if she felt it was wrong and she could get discipline for saying it they all are birds of a feather flock together 1 dum mind set. to have this type of negative attitude in business is not good then the manager this makes 3 people felt this behavior was acceptable. All I can say is my family and friends money 💰 is very green and we will never shop here or any other Winn Dixie. imagine they have this type of negative people and Winn Dixie is closing store they should be thankful to have any job being honest I really feel this was racially motivated I dont want to feel this but when I think about how this all unfold especially with the manager being unbother that this happened and unapologetic. smh Note to self Winn Dixie there are 4 other food giant on Shillinger Rd with those type of people in your stores your doors will be closing at this location as well and rightfully so. we dont need these type people in our stores or neighborhoods. like I said it was only 5 customers throughout the whole store you already had to close the Winn Dixie down the street people like this drives business in the ground then move on some where else to sow there...

This store is very clean ! The space on the inside has expanded in the Produce Area. The sales are always great in the store. Customer Service is Awesome! There is such a variety on the store. You can find all your grocery needs! I highly recommend this store . Great location and easy to find ! One of my favorite things about Winnie Dixie is on certain Holidays they pull out the grill and cook! And I do purchase! Now that’s the service. I love Winn Dixies meat but it seems sooo high ..I know food is up everywhere but theirs seems to be so high it's out of reach ...when I was there there was also a lady looking at the meats they offered ...we both had to walk away from the counter without getting what we had came for because of the prices ......it's not just them and we both agreed on that but Goodnight it was soooo high and the packages were smaller too.....so much for Winn Dixie.... I'll think twice next time I go there.....I still give them a 5star on...
