I was in this location on May 24, 2025 after attending the card show at the mall, I witnessed the cashier Tim cause a scene when a couple walked into the store. The couple walked in and Tim immediately started yelling at them saying "YOU NEED TO LEAVE RIGHT NOW! I HAVE A PFA ON JESSICA AND YOU ARE 3RD PARTY! GET OUT RIGHT NOW! The couple looked confused when they turned to him and calmly said to him that a 3rd party doesn't work that way and Tim wouldn't listen. Tim continued to yell and threaten security on them and they said do it. He called security after the couple left but the woman ended up bringing security back to the store. After Tim showed security his PFA papers security told Tim that he was incorrect and that's not how a 3rd party works so he started yelling that he wanted to speak to a supervisor. The security supervisor came and told him the same thing so he called the state police. I could hear the state police telling him the same thing on the phone and he just wasn't satisfied. These people never said a word to him until he started screaming at them. I debated even posting this review but after thinking about it, something needs to be done about a cashier who treats customers in this way. As long as he is employed here I will not shop at this location. This man has anger issues and can't be trusted to treat customers properly. Read moreI purchased a game 5/16/25 and when I returned home was not in the box. It was a mistake and though it’s an hour drive they happen so I wasn’t upset. I returned on 6/08/25 to receive the game and was given a game for the wrong console. Luckily I didn’t leave the mall without checking so I went back inside. Upon telling the employee he made another mistake he says it should work fine I had to inform him no sir it will not. Then he got upset and said he was calling security???? I told him I had nothing more to say just get me the right game so I can go and he started to sarcastically pacify me and try to push my buttons. I will never return to this store I suggest you do not go to this store and I’m posting everywhere I can this store is an absolute disgrace. I will contact the manager in the am, it’s Sunday, and I will also post how he chose to handle his employee. I’ve never had an issue like this at a store before like I said mistakes happen I make them everyday but I also take responsibility and fix them not try to put it on the person who suffered the loss because I lost 3 hours of my time I’m aggravated and my peace is valuable.
