AT&T Store — Local services in Monterey

Everytime I have gone into this location it has been a major waste of time. I recently dropped my phone and broke it.

I went in to upgrade and they didn't have the phone I wanted. So I was willing to go for different version but they only had the lower memory version for the same price as the higher memory version.

I said no I will buy online. They said they could order it for me but then were unable to buy the high memory version. I left without anything.

I decided to just replace my old broken phone with the replacement plan I already had. They sent me the phone and the watch I bought. I called to get it's e sim activated and the representive online was unable to do anything but read and follow paper instructions. He messed up and didn't actually do anything so I had to go in, in person.

They took forever to see me then told me that the online person attached my phone number to a watch plan and because of that they couldn't help. I informed him this either gets fixed or I am contacting a lawyer. He said we have to end the conversation if I bring legal matters into it. I told him hes being sued. Now I am stuck having to write a demand letter unable to recieve calls or texts and getting charged for a service I am not being provided. Literally illegal behavior being conducted at this location. AT&T is conducting fruadulant practices and this location is enabling it.

Same company makes no sense why they cant fix the dumb online persons mistake.

I called at&t customer support and they informed me that the smart watch was a seperate line i would have to pay for. So they used my phone line and I lost service. All and all this company and this location are bad do...

She was kind enough to offer assistance with the setup transfer from my old phone. I'll definitely be a motivated AT&T customer moving forward.

I had went to the delmonte shopping center location at first and it was super busy and packed so I tried to look for a closer store and I came across this location and I was helped by Esmeralda and she was the best.
