I don’t think I’m going to come back here again. After what I just witnessed. I saw one of the employees who seemed to be shouting at her coworker (assuming that she’s the supervisor and the worker she was yelling at is her subordinate) for some reason but I couldn’t help but listen, and it seems like she was mad at her for poor performance or something? And that due to the amount of returns they receive, they might permanently close soon because of it? It’s not really my business but I think it would’ve been best to take a conversation like this in the employees only room instead of out in the work field. This created quite a negative experience for me. Especially the fact that I wanted to purchase a couple of products, but the employees seem to be in a hostile mood so I ended up purchasing the wanted items in another Francesca’s shop. Read moreI recently made two large purchases online since I work multiple jobs and have little time to go to the mall. I had to return some of the stuff unfortunately and when I walked into to return the associate instantly asked why i don’t come in and try things on instead. I apologized and said I was told by Francesca’s team that returning to the store was easiest way to do a return. She was super frustrated I didn’t have one of the two shipping slips and repeatedly explained I needed sku numbers for her to do this easier, but managed to still complete the return. The girl returning my items just came across very rude and inconvenienced that I was returning things. It’s very tacky as a company to give customers the impression that your discouraging returns.
