GameStop — Local services in Morehead

I just walked in to preorder a Ps5 game and the store clerk Mitch at morehead gamestop asked me nicely if I had a mask. Mind you I have caught them numerous times having them off, then when you walk in they hurry up and put the mask on. But Mitch asked me nicely if I had a mask. I nicely told him "no, "I have a medical condition" while my service dog was next to me. I had my medical card & proper paperwork, I asked if I could show him and he refused and said get out of my store, ill serve you outside. I said no, I dont have to be served outside. Its against the law to not serve me here, right now. He then said repeatedly "get out", then threatened to call the police on me. I then went over & showed him my medical cards, he said idc, get out of my store & threatened me again with the police. I then went outside, got my phone to record why he is refusing me service. He then said I could walk around but he will not let me buy anything. Mitch then went off on me repeatedly saying I broke the law, "your breaking the law". I asked him what law am I breaking. He said because your not wearing a mask. I told him I had a medical excuse and its against the law for you to deny me service! He then repeatedly told me to "GET OUT OF MY STORE" "we are closing" but he only told it to me while letting his buddies stay put & not saying a word to them that the store was closing! Worst experience ever trying to preorder anything! Especially him trying to embarrassed me & shame me for not wearing a mask because I have a medical excuse! I recorded the majority of it! Pro membership not as good as it was, You have to pay for guarantees on EVERYTHING, video games are at least 10$ more than they are at Walmart, never been to target or Best Buy but if there was one in my area i can imagine going there instead, the only reason i go to game stop is because the walmart employees don’t know as much about video games and often mess, and pre ordering is slighty easier at game stop.and to me those two things are worth 10 dollars.
