I camped out for 16 hours to be first in line for the Pokémon Mega Evolutions drop, only to have my experience ruined by poor handling at the store. As a Pro Member, I followed the posted purchase limitations and contractual benefits, but the associate broke those terms and denied me what I was entitled to. On top of that, the associate was passive-aggressive and repeatedly told me to “think about the people behind you” — most of whom hadn’t waited even half the time I had. I should not be shamed for exercising the rights I paid for as a Pro Member.
I have already contacted GameStop corporate, who confirmed they are opening an investigation, and I have also submitted a letter of demand to GameStop’s legal team regarding this breach.

Absolutely amazing manager! Great customer service and took his time to review over 100 old retro games and gaming consoles on top of handling with multiple customers at the same time. Very reasonable and honest manager with great customer service and communication. Gave me a great deal and treated me with respect. Shout out to him as a manager. Thank you!
9-25-24 (Xbox 360 console- manager also named Ryan too)
Amazing communication skills and great personality to experience with. Very friendly and very patience with customers. Again handling multiple customers with friendliness and a great smile. Took my 360 console and gave me an honest price.
Shout out to both these managers named Ryan who works at the mulberry store. They know their customers and few new ones help them out with respect and care. Great GameStop and only GameStop...
Read moreMy son told me that we were going to buy an xbox 1S for $149. He scrimped and saved his x-mas money. We arrived there were boxes clearly marked xbox 1 S with a $149 price tag the worker then explained to me that that was not accurate and gave me a list of used xbox ones for over $200 each, (see attached) and told me that I can buy a protection plan for $40. I asked about the false advertising and he said, "we were out of boxes ." Then he heckled me for being concerned saying, "You won't find a better deal so you can leave if you need to." We came home and ordered the same thing on Amazon brand new with a warranty for $10 more and I don't feel like I was treated like cattle. It's like all of the box labels take your businesses for granted. I'm sticking with Amazon and Publix. No walmart or Gamestop. They clearly don't care about bout...
