Torrid — Local services in Muncie

Last weekend, for my niece's 16th birthday, I took her shopping for her first 'good' bra, among other things. Torrid has been my go-to for years bc their bras are just unrivaled for quality in physical shopping options. Without measuring tape, we planned to just try on sizes til we figured out what worked for her. After about 4 bras, we determined that they just didn't have a size small enough to accommodate her and resolved to try a big box store. But, before we could leave, an associate asked us if we needed help. I explained the situation and she immediately offered to measure my niece and her friend. Then she began bringing us sizes to try, and nothing was working. We thanked her and told her we would just have to try another store. With ZERO sales pressure, she asked us about how we were adjusting the bras & other sizing questions, and helped us figure out what the problem was! (Strap/hook adjustments) even after we told her we were buying elsewhere. Her customer service was unrivaled and impressive! We had only budgeted for a clearance bra, but Lizzie was so helpful that we went ahead and bought a full price bra, which I don't think I've ever done! I never had a Mom & my niece lost hers at 12, so in some of these situations we really need help from a knowledgeable feminine individual. Lizzie was amazing!
