I visited this store for less than a minute, around 7:30 pm this last Tuesday. My experience highlights the issues with GameStops current business plan.
I have been considering buying a Nintendo Switch, so I stopped at GameStop to look at some options and maybe speak to an expert. I walked into the otherwise empty store, and the single employee working did not welcome me. The customer service skills of that employee were beyond poor.
There is so much room for improvement for the staff at this location. The employee was not enthusiastic, not a customer advocate, nor had any desire to assist.

We were greeted by two employees: one was standing behind the desk and one was stocking. They asked us what we were looking for and we just said we were looking around like our intentions in the first place. Read moreI went to this location to pick up a PlayStation 5 I bought online. Store website says they will be open at 12pm, I showed up at 12 sharp, and the store was still closed. Me that used to work in the retail business, I understand things happen. Openers running late and whatnot, so I just sat in my car and waited. By 1230, the store still wasn’t open.
