Just left the store a half hour ago, getting 3 games for my family. Got home and one game was not the correct game i brought up there... Took up lego movie and got lego super heroes. Then purchased the game Brothers, got home and the box was empty!!! Tried to call and they were closed. I'd recommend driving a little farther down, for better service! Months ago they also gave me a non working copy of final fantasy, took it back then got another copy and the access code wouldn't work said it was already used! I wound up going elsewhere. I figured I'd give them a shot today, but never again! The employees in the past two years have been less than desirable to deal with. It's unfortunate because we used to have such a great experience and have actual fun coming in to buy games and talking to the staff that worked From 2012 to around 2015. I walked up to the counter and told Jay that I wanted above he told me No. He then proceeded to tell me they had gamestop refurbished systems and I stopped him saying I asked for a new system with no games since I owned all of them already. He proceeded to stop me saying "that was rude let's not do that again". I told him fine I'll take my business elsewhere. He then proceeded to get the console I asked for.
