My experience with the associate Carl Curry has definitely been very frustrating. I came in the store and purchased items on Saturday at this location that I was told would ship out to me on Monday and a tracking number would be sent. That did not happen. Carl was very hard to get in contact with. There was no follow up until I called Gucci Customer service on Tuesday to put an urgent message out for him to contact me. He then said I would receive tracking info. Still never received it. Again I reached out on Wednesday with no response. I called twice and finally was put into voicemail and told he was with a customer⦠as if Iām not a Customer myself-a paying one at that. I sent him a message expressing my frustration and finally after me expressing myself I finally received a tracking number however, it showed that my items had not even gone out yet and it was in the wrong name with the wrong phone number on it-which Carl said he would fix since he had problems getting my account together. Again, trying to contact him was like pulling teeth and the store still never answered the phone. I finally decided Iām just going to cancel my order because the level of customer service did not make me feel like a valued customer. My experience with Gucci and this location was not good at all. Carl does not value his customers. When I pay money for things, it is not for play. I expect to receive my items and not when you feel like sending it and I expect follow up. I will be sending Gucci corporate an email as Iām sure this is not how Gucci operates.. at least I hope not. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I stepped in on 1/4/23 during my lunch break to look at potential picks for a new bag and compare sizes. No one greeted me, I had to lock eyes with the female employee that was standing closest to the door. She wasn't friendly at all, acted as if she didn't want to help and definitely had a horrible demeanor towards me and my coworker. We're both Indian by the way and wondering if that plays a role since a Caucasian woman in a frumpy oversized t-shirt was greeted so warmly by a male employee right after us. Anyway, I asked to look at multiple pieces both men and women's since I was looking for more than one thing. But each time I asked questions or wanted to see something else she was so uninterested I felt like I was literally begging her. At that point I didn't want to look at anything else and just wanted to leave the store. Being the classy and prominent woman that I am, I chose not to be rude to her. However I will be looking to get in touch with the manager and headquarters to hopefully resolve the matter. She doesn't seem fit to be working for the Gucci brand. There was zero hospitality as compared to better luxury brands. Sadly I've shopped at this location years ago and had a wonderful experience when I was helped by a male. If Gucci is going to have a female employee that has a demeanor as if she's looking down on me for whatever reason, then she shouldn't be working there and my thousands of dollars is definitely not going towards...

I picked out a pair of shoes that were $650 went to the register to pay with cash and then they said they were a bit over $900 you can do the math without a calculator! The woman could barely speak English and I understand that it's nyc but come on! So I pointed out the guy who said they were $650 he spoke clear english so i then debated it with him and he told me I was not a Premier member! Nobody ever said anything about Premier member pricing in the 1st place! Long story short I felt They didn't know their own pricing And tried to cover it up up! Or they tried to rip me off so I left! I feel I wasted so much time so I did make a call back to the store To speak with a manager and they said no managers were available?? and over the phone they also tried to make me feel like an idiot what kind of place is this...
