7 Cities Autos and Cycles — Local services in Norfolk

So I bought a scooter ia week later it wouldn't start. Would not recommend buying a scooter from them. They don't want to come get it to fix it. They want me to pay to have them pick it up and then pay to bring it back. If it had been a longer period of time before it stopped working I can see me having to pay but a week really. We had to pay to have it delivered because it is a low speed scooter and could not drive it through the tunnel. There is a warranty. Should not be going through this after having it for just a week. They need to stand by there product and need to fix it. I might as well have someone else look at it and pay to get it fixed if I have to pay to get it back to them. Selling junk for scooters do not buy...

I took one of my Boyz to 7 Cities to drop off his Scooter to get it fixed. The people were friendly, very helpful and the Customer service was at the top of the chart. One of the guys helped me get there over the phone, when we got there he met me at the garage door then the gentleman who my buddy talk to helped him get the Scooter off the truck. Big - Ups to 7 Cities Autos and Cycles. They are the best! If your Scooter or Cycle is acting up, Call them!
