I came in yesterday as a walk-in for a gel mani/pedi, expressing how excited I was because their beautiful salon was finally open. I was told there was an hour wait. With one other nail tech, currently busy. I assumed she was only doing reception and there was only one nail tech available since she said the wait was an hour wait. The woman at the desk asked for my phone number so she could call me to let me know when she was available. I never received a phone call from her. I can back this afternoon, again, as a walk-in. There were two women getting pedicures, and to my surprise, the woman at the desk was in fact a nail tech because she was doing one of the young lady’s pedicures. She told me to come back in 30 minutes to an hour and she’d be ready. I asked if I could just stay and wait and she obliged. She did not even look at the condition of my nails currently to see if she could provide any service, like soaking my current nails, or anything. I sat and waited for an hour. As the other nail tech finished up her pedicure, she directed her client to the table to get her manicure. The client looked at me and then looked at the other girl getting serviced because she absolutely knew that what was going on was rude. Nobody said anything to me the entire hour I was there. They are way overrated, and the salon is dirty.

I made an appointment on a Saturday for the rose petal manicure and pedicure. I got the cheapest manicure and pedicure, and it cost up to $110, which I was okay with, thinking I was going to get a relaxing, luxurious service. I was wrong. Sitting on the chair for the pedicure was fine, but with the foot bench, you are literally in the fetal position, and I couldn’t relax my legs at all since the bench would fall on the staff. I was sore after getting up, but I tried to seem like it was fine. Then when I sat down to start my manicure, the tables were disgusting. Nail polish on the floor, table, and chairs. The floors were filthy with nail chips, cuticle pieces, and dirt. On the floor, there was a box of acrylic nails, and the ladies just ignored it and stepped over it. The lady doing my manicure did not clean her desk at all! No paper towel. Nothing. When cutting my cuticles, she just collected them with her bare hands and threw them on the floor next to the box of acrylics. Scheduled an appointment for my niece and I early this morning over the phone as we saw the establishment was celebrating their 1 year and we wanted to support. We arrived to our 3pm appointment in time and were told that they were currently busy despite stating multiple time we both had appointments. We were asked to come back at 6pm or the next day , considering I have a 5yr old niece it’s not that simple to ask me to return 3 hours later after I already took the drive over there. The staff very awkwardly gave me the 2 options above and stated multiple ppl were still waiting to be seen and never once apologized for the inconvenience despite probably causing the issue by taking walk ins and not allocating their time properly.
