I originally bought a scuff vantage for over $200 with the warranty the controller broke once got it replaced and then the same stick lag issue happened again. This time when I went back the scuff controller was on back order and I could not order it online, then waited and came back a few weeks later and it was still on back order and couldn’t order it so I asked if I could Switch it out for the Astro a 40 that one was also sold out and could not be ordered through their online portal. I was disappointed and needed a controller so i was then going to just purchase a regular dual shock ps4 controller. Before checking out another employee suggested I try the new PS5 controller. I specifically asked if it worked on PC for warzone. (That is the only game I play!)They said it would work which it does not unless you download 3 additional programs to make it work.
I had the receipt and wanted to return or exchange for regular dual sense ps4 that I know works and that was not an option and manager would not make an exception.
Absolutely unbelievable that they would make an incorrect suggestion to a customer and then not make it right afterwards.
Would not suggest you go there for any gaming needs seems like they just want to rip you off. What really sucks is this store was right down the street from my house so it was super convenient. But definitely won’t be going there again.

Read moreMANAGER LAURA WAS KINDA RUDE I purchased a game and spent a decent amount on it, I opted out of purchasing the insurance on the game. I walked outside and realized I should make sure the game has no scratches or finger prints. I opened the game and seen it covered in finger prints, I walked back in, politely apologized for bothering LAURA and the other young lady and simply asked if they could wipe off the finger prints (which should have been checked for and done when I purchased it, but no one is perfect and I didn't mind). Instead of apologizing to me for not checking for scratches or prints, LAURA Instantly shows signs that she is irritated with my request, says nothing, reaches out for it, wipes it down, and says here you go, with a tone that sounds like "take your game and get the hell out". This experience made me feel really uncomfortable, and I didn't do anything to receive that kind of service and attitude. I understand that sometimes people have bad days but that doesn't give anyone an excuse to be rude for no reason. Read morePersonally, I don't always have the best experiences at any other location I've visited and the way I'd been treated (since I'm a woman who loves to game, which shouldn't matter), so I had my boyfriend come along with me since this would be my first time in years actually browsing within the store.
They had many things in stock within this location and it was awesome seeing all of the accessories, trinkets, and games that they had, as well as the open layout! But, I felt extremely welcome because of the associate working; his name was DJ, and he was super knowledgable and friendly-both him and my boyfriend were chatting enthusiastically! It was awesome!
