Entered the store, the Colombian girl and black guy greeted me. They began by taking out the RC cars showing how it works how cool it is. It cost $150. She saw me looking at the battery phone cases, and began opening the plastic for me to try the case. She says it is $250 dollars. It was an absurd amount for a battery case. She then starts to employ her tactics by enticing me with free life time warranty, she could throw in a free charger, free tempered glass screen protector, and free magnet holder to sweeten up the deal. I still did not want it. Then she say she can give me a special discount for $100. I took the bait. As I handed her my debit card the black guy appears from behind her and whispers into her ear. Looking frustrated at her he then tells me that if i buy the battery case at full price ($250) he will give me a free remote control car. I declined and he looked upset. I did not think much of it at the time , but now looking back they both acted suspicious. After one day of using this product I can immediately tell that this product does not hold its battery charge compared to other similar product I used before considering its base price of $250. At most it lasted 3 hours, yet she told me it can last for 3 days. I registered my warranty to check my lifetime warranty if it was legit, and I find out that it is not free as there is a $50 fee to upgrade or exchange. Now they are in possession of my personal information, my full name, phone number, and home address. Wary of the product I purchased I found a YouTube video stating that it is very low quality and it is a common scam. Furthermore, the google reviews of Vox Electronics Las Vegas solidified my discovery that I just got scammed. They are up-charging tourist for low quality products in hopes that they don’t discover the truth until they go back home. I also find it unusual that the address in their receipt is a completely different place. Listed as 5415 Cameron St #121 Las Vegas Nevada 89118 which is no where near the Miracle Mile where they are located. I tried to contact them on their automated phone call and received no response. They also did not inform me that all sales were final. This business should not go without consequences as it is fraudulent to the public taking advantage of tourists, elders and many more. This practice is morally wrong and shame on Las Vegas for being riddled with fraudulent business. Read moreBUYERS BEWARE!!!! I can't believe that there are any positive reviews for this place. I went there, saw a phone case that I liked and purchased it. The sales girl Danielle helped with it, put it together and all that. Was about to walk out. Then came Sergio saying that if I buy his "air"pods, then the phone case is free. I was planning to get an airpod for my kid anyways. So, was like why not. I noticed that the package did not have apple symbol. Asked him and he said that, thats cos he can't display it at the mall. I was being naive, believed him and paid for it. That was my mistake. After we did some shopping at the same mall, we sat for a while, opened the package - did not see any apple trademark or serial number whatsoever. I looked at the receipt (that I got "after" making my payment trusting his words) that said "ear" pods. Within 30 mins of purchase, I went back and said want to return it. He said, its "provable" Apple (i still dont know what the heck that means) and refused to accept the product back. If I want a fake airpod, I'd get it for 40 bucks from a merchant who says its fake. Not from this liar who claims its "provable" airpod and sell it for the same price as the original one. Unfortunately, I called their customer service and she said its "provable" Apple too. Lol. I guess, the company trains their employees well. Can Apple sue them for claiming that their products are "provable" Apple? Just asking...
Read moreAs others have described this place sells inferior products marked up way past what you could get them on Amazon for. Bought a glass screen protector and it didn't fit at the edges leaving debris around the phone after a week. I took it back in asking if they had a better product which they said they don't. They did try to put a plastic screen protector on but couldn't get it to stick. She tried 4 times to install new ones and none of them worked properly leaving the edges raised. To me it looked like the phone model sticker has been applied over another phone model and they're trying to pass it off. She because frustrated as did I and I don't blame her so much as the product they have to work with. Clearly none of their covers are going to work correctly so I asked for a refund when the macho head fat guy comes in with his attitude instead of trying to accommodate me he just grabs my receipt and points to their "No refunds. Exchanges only within 14 days with receipt." policy. What a tool. Can't wait for this place...
