grab the game and take it to the charming maiden at the register

"Pardon me, milady...but could you ring me up? A shame I don't have your number or I'd ring you up instead..."

she giggles and takes the game, blushing as her fingers brush mine due to my fingerless gloves

her eyes widen as she reads the game's title

"Wow, I've never seen anyone buy this before! You must have special taste!"

I smile and ready a witty response when suddenly a voice rings out from behind

"Hahaha look at what this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ is buying! That's not Call of Duty Advanced Memefare! What a piece of ♥♥♥♥!"

I quickly turn around, my cloak billowing behind me, to discern the source of the rude outburst

generic dudebro caricature with a sports team cap and "the guy that beat you up that one time behind the school in early October" shirt is standing there guffawing

"Excuse me sir...you may disparage my person if you wish, but it is untoward to swear in front of a lady."

"♥♥♥♥ you ♥♥♥♥♥♥!"

I smile quietly and tip my fedora low across my eyes, concealing them

"As you wish..."

I quickly swing my cane into his kneecap before he can react

he bellows and charges forward

I expertly sidestep him and the cashier screams as he crashes into the counter

I draw my sword-cane and mutter a quiet oath as I drive it deep into his back

"...requiescat in pace..."

As I clean my blade the girl walks out from behind the counter, twirling her hair with her fingers

"So...maybe you'd like to come over to my place to play that game sometime...?

"No thanks, milady, it's only single player. Besides..."

I sheath my sword

"You're not my type."

So we came to Paris, TX want to win today to do some game shopping during their clearance special. The two employees in the store were working very hard to organize and get the store looking great and you can tell that their work was really paying off cuz it was really easy to find when I was looking for. I found quite a lot of copies of games I was looking to buy. But there was one that I couldn't find out there so I went and talked to the lady at the counter and sure enough she pulled up in a drawer of all clearance games and was more than happy to point out what she had. I could tell she was having a rough day and I told her I appreciate it all the help. Unfortunately as we left the store and went down the road we realized that the games in the Nintendo switch cases were not in there. We went back to the store and instead of them giving us the common opened but new games from GameStop the lady gave us brand new sealed versions of the games we bought. This was something that she didn't have to do and shows outstanding customer service. After leaving the store again I felt compelled to go back inside and spoke to the lady that kind of one more time. She is the manager of the store and her name is Gabby. Again I could tell she was having a rough day. So I told her that her and the other lady in the store were doing a great job and to keep her chin up. It was at that moment I realized that she was also the manager for the store in Mount pleasant. Overall if you want to go to a GameStop but not only has an organized layout but has great management and customer service you can't go wrong at this location. I cannot thank Gabby enough for her help and understanding and hope that her day gets...

By far the worst GameStop I have ever been to. Bought a brand new PS5 slim was gonna trade it in on a pro. I just had bought new a couple weeks before from the same chubby dude with glasses he won’t tell me his name for obvious reasons. The PS5 never even got played was literally brand new sat in my tattoo shop a couple weeks un touched. Everything in perfect condition with original box. After testing everything, just when I thought everything was done. He said one of the controller vibration sensors wasn’t working or something like that. I tried the control myself along with another customer. Everything worked simply fine. I even took the PlayStation to another GameStop. They tested it. Everything worked fine got my Pro. This place either needs to be under new management or somebody needs to teach these people how to properly do their job. I am a local business owner, and I know a lot of people in this town. I will push game exchange so hard that people will slowly stop going to GameStop at least the one here in Paris. This place has wasted my time far too many times. Buying and selling video games used to be fun until places like this that do whatever they want. I will continue to press this subject just because of how much of my time has been wasted with the HR department. I am working with them on a daily basis to figure out why the manager here thinks he can run GameStop the way he wants to run it. I have already sent a couple other people in there with video evidence of people being rude and just flat out, running customers off. It’s all a game until you waste the wrong person’s time. I have plenty of time being as a business owner to make sure...
