This is absolutely heart breaking that they will take your money and lie on you so Be cautious if you don't get the product that same day! I bought a range, fridge and a dryer on June 17th 2017 in the store and I paid in full with cash! They called me saying that my order is cancelled and I'll receive a check in two weeks in the mail. In the beginning they had no explanation as to why it was cancelled then the story turned into we received a phone call from you saying you want to cancel. I'm shocked! I can't believe my ears. Best buy just told me I called them. I need appliances I have small kids under 6. My 1 year old needs to eat we all need to eat so I did not cancel my order! So I asked for them to play the recording of me calling in, they wouldn't play it. There is fraudulent activity going on in this company and its scary to think you give them over 2k dollars cash and they'll make up any excuse to not give you your products you paid for and you'll have to wait for a refund check that you didn't even ask for, in the mail. I'm moving into a house this weekend with 3 small children and my husband. How can I move in without a way to store and cook food for my family? I came back today to look at tablets again and the very same young man asked if he could help me. I told him I came back because of him. He again went through the features of the tablets with me and answered more questions. I already own a couple of Samsung 8 inch tablets and wanted a 10.1. So I ended up buying a Samsung Tab 4 10.1.
