is store is horrible. They have no idea what they're doing. They make you think that they do though. I was told when i signed up that i didn't have to do anything with sprint and the paying of the fee to end the contract, that they take care of it. Then when i did find out you have 60 days to being in a bill, time was almost up. They assured me several times that i was still able to do it. So i brought the bill (had to wait for sprint to mail it), they assured me AGAIN that it went through and that all i had to do was wait for the prepaid cards they send to come about 6-8 weeks. So i wait and what do you know, i didnt do it in enough time. Had to call cust service and they didn't know what they were doing either. I was transferred about 5 times until reimbursement basically told me they dont care they just added something on my credit report. I called again and was told they could do credit on my acct and refund it since my balance was zero. And what do you know, misinformation again. Called back 3 business days later and was told they couldn't do it, which i understand (still not what the supervisor i talked to before said) but was treated with rude attitude by another supervisor when i wanted her to explain why i kept getting so much misinformation. Wish i woulda never signed up with them. Be prepared for undertrained and rude help when u...
Read moreHad to come here twice for a warranty exchange. I was told my phone passed their 3-point inspection. An employee then proceeded to take my phone to the back and come back out, only to tell me that my phone had scratches on it 'all of a sudden.' I had to waste my time coming back 3 days later because a manager was unavailable for half of a week. When I came back I was told they would not accept the exchange because there were scratches on my phone that were not there the first time around. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been approved for the exchange the first time around. On top of this, they ruined my screen protector, that was specifically made to PREVENT scratches in the first place. Now I am out a screen protector and $100 because I had to do an assurant claim AND pay for it because an employee put scratches on my phone. Furthermore, I was told by tmobile customer service that the exchange would've been accepted, as long as it did not have cracks on the screen, which it didn't. Waste of time going to this location. The manager only shows up when he feels like it. Customer service and tmobile employees will give you misinformation AND ruin your phone. Word of advice, DO NOT let them take your phone out...
Read moreAs a loyal customer with 5 lines who been with Tmobile for over 2 years. I have my own business and there was nothing proffecional about this experience. I had to take Uber to Tmobile because I just had surgery and still in a lot of pain after getting there in Uber I was told that without my driver license they won’t even speak to me about anything. Even though before my name, social, aPIN on the account was always enough. So here I spend money to go there in pain to be denied. On top of it I polity said ok can I please speak to a menager there is a way to go around this I have all the info you need plus I can’t drive back home on Uber to pick up my license. I was told manager is here but he will tell you the same thing. I promise you I have a business and if a customer tells my employee they want a manager they get the manager no questions asked. Being nice about something doesn’t mean you are doing the right thing. Would never recommend that location. Been to so many never had this panned. Long story short I had to pay for Uber to go to another location that was out of the way for me but is helping me without my license and without a problem. Go to this location only if you know someone...
