First off, games stop as a whole is so bad. I regret ever shopping at any of their stores. Today, I went to return once a new PS5 controller that had a stick drift problem and a 1 year warranty to the game stop at Christown. When I got there, I found out that, instead of getting a new controller, I had to get a used one. The controller I got also had a stick drift problem, so I went back and asked for a new one, and all of the controller had a stick drift problem. Don't get me wrong, one bad used controller is ok. But they had 7, and all 7 had problems. The guy at Christown was nice and just let me know it's not just the store thing, it's all the stores, it's the warehouses the company own, they don't fix the broken controllers, they just act like they fix them and send them back to be sold for $20 less. So I left Christown because they had no good used controller, and I went to the one on 51st and Indian school, and they guy there was rude. He had no customer service, I just stood there asking for a new controller. And he gave me one and I asked to have it checked out, so he did and I saw on the screen the controller had a right stick drift problem but I asked him is the controller all good and he said yes, so the man basically lied right to my face, by the way they guy is like 6' 1" fat with a big beer belly, black hair, and RBF. Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience at this GameStop location. The front door was unlocked like any other open store, so I walked in. One of the employees came out, and I politely asked if they were open. Instead of simply saying no, he immediately told me: “Get out of my store, we’re closed. Can’t you read?”
I was surprised at the rude response, but I stayed calm and asked, “Are you okay?” He replied, “No, I’m not okay, get out of my store.” I apologized, saying I didn’t know they were closed, and again he repeated, “Can’t you read?” I explained that the door was open, and he aggressively told me again to get out.
I tried to keep the situation respectful, but he continued to speak in an unprofessional and hostile way. When I told him he didn’t need to talk to me like that, his response was, “You’re not my boss to tell me how to talk to you.” Then he slammed the gate closed and said he didn’t care if I reported him.

Today I was using them and I heard a high pitched noise out of them. They stop working no game audio or chat audio so I called gamestop. I was told to find the receipt and bring them over. Looked for the receipt gave them a call to see what I was going to be able to do and I was put on hold right away after telling the girl what I was calling for. Waited 20 minutes, now Im just getting mad. I hung up called for the third time and was told that they didn't have others in Stock for an exchange and would be able to put the money towards other headsets instead.
