Urban Outfitters — Local services in Phoenix

Most of the staff was kind, one employee in particular was very rude to me and my mom when I was asking a simple question about the 40% off sale. I had grabbed a sweater that was near the 40% sign, I assumed it was 40% off since the sign was directly above the sweaters. I simply asked the kind gentleman who was checking me out if the sweater was on sale and then he said no it wasn't, then the other employee cut in saying "There's a sign right there saying how much the sweater costs" she had said it in the most rude and disrespectful manner, that was an act of poor customer service on her end, on top of that she was staring at me and my mom the entire time we were trying to shop to the point it made me uncomfortable. If I would have caught the employees name, I would have asked to report her to her manager immediately. Though, the rest of the staff, yes was kind. Won't be back to this...

Love having this Urban Outfitters right downtown at CityScape! It's super convenient when I'm already in the area, maybe grabbing food nearby or heading to an event. Way better than trekking out to a mall. They always seem to have a pretty good mix of stuff and cool clothes obviously but also fun accessories, home decor knick-knacks and sometimes random playful gifts you didn't know you needed. I've grabbed some cute tops and definitely found some unique decor pieces for my place here. It definitely has that UO bohemian-meets-modern vibe. The store itself is pretty nice, always seems clean and well put together. Staff has been friendly the times I've gone in, helpful but not overly pushy which is great. Sometimes the sale rack has some real gems, so it's worth digging through that if...

Employees were very rude. Firstly, when I asked an employee where a specific pair of jeans were she pointed in the direction to where the item was at, instead of walking over and showing me where they were. She could have easily directed me because there was absolutely no one in the store, instead the employees where standing around talking to each other. Secondly, I called ahead of time and asked about parking, in which they stated they validate parking free up to 2 hrs. However, when I go up to register and asked employee to validate my parking she said I had to purchase something. Not once did they mention that on the phone. I would honestly drive all the way to Scottsdale just so I never have to return to this Urban Outfitters again. Horrible...
