Update: I have had one problem after another with the store and I can promise you that if you want to call their corporate number they don't care either. I placed an online order thinking I'd have better luck but everything was shipped separate so I had no idea when things were coming. They did not deliver a blanket that I ordered but tried to force me to pay for it anyway. The only reason I got it fixed is because I contacted the better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I purchased another item size small but they sent a large and decided I should pay out of pocket to return the item. Not happening, I made them send me a shipping code. There is no reason to expect me to pay anything since it was their mistake. Once I discovered which bank handles their credit cards I was done and wanted everything shut but I had to wait for them to receive this item that had to be returned. They received it on the 2nd of September and still will not process it as a return. The credit card is Comenity Bank and they also go by Bread financial, they have thousands pending lawsuits for trying to rip people off.
Very clean store with lots of great items. My issue is about their sale and how they run it. This extra cut that is advertised on the sign is very misleading. The sale did apply to women stuff but when it came to the children's stuff and men's items do not qualify. Read moreThe Off5th location in Plymouth Meeting is great!! The sales team is so welcoming and service-forward. You never really know who the manager is because they all are super professional and down to earth. i usually go to off5th to look for Effy jewelry which is my fav. There is often a designer jewelry sale of some sort which is a great opportunity to find beautiful pieces less expensive that even on the Saks website.
In particular Jess (who I believe is a manager ) is spectacular. So patient and makes the shopping experience interactive. I never apply for store cards but Jess convinced me and I was able to put my purchase on my new Saks Card. Jess remembered what my fav pieces were from that last time I was in and I was able to snag a couple additional pieces on top of the one I had been lusting over.

Read moreGoing full Karen on this store - Finally had a reason during this terrible year, to go buy some clothes. Upon entering I noticed their dressing room was closed for Covid reasons. No biggy, figured I could try on whatever over my current clothes. While other shoppers were trying on jackets, shoes with no socks, etc - the Covid cop employee only addressed me, that you can't try on ANYTHING in the store.
No other employees bothering other customers, just me.
What is the point of going to a retail store if you can't see if the clothes fit??? Retail stores are closing all the time and he felt the need to alienate an in person customers....Buy online and skip the BS. He'll have no job when customers...
