This Store Is Lucky I Can’t Give Them Zero Stars Because I Would. I Have No Idea Where Maria Went Because She Was Awesome!! My Wife And I Didn’t Even Go To This Store To Buy A Couch Set But By The Time We Left We Had A New Couch Set And Bedroom Set Coming. She Deserves The (5) Stars I Originally Gave The Store But Now Since I Received The Furniture And Had The Dresser Come Damaged Now I’m Getting The Run Around On Getting The New One Delivered. My First Complaint Is When The Bedroom Set Was Delivered The Dresser With The Mirror Was Damaged, They Tried To Get My Wife To Sign Off On It Like Everything Was Delivered Good And Undamaged And They Obviously Didn’t Know Who They Were Dealing With, She Refused To Sign Off On The Dresser And Told Them To Take It Back And She Was Told That They Would Be Back The Next Day More Then Likely Because They Have A Few In Stock. Fast Forward to Today 11/19 Which Is 13 Days After They Took The Damaged Dresser Back I’m Being Told That They Are Waiting On Approval To Send Me The New Dresser? What Approval Is Needed? You Tried To Deliver A Broken Piece Of Furniture And Make Me Deal With It While You Give Me The Runaround Till You Figure I Would Just Say That It’s Not Worth It And That I Would Just Deal With It? I’m About To Just Tell You To Give Me My Money Back And Come Pick The Rest Of The Furniture Up And I Will Go To Rooms To Go Which I Should Have Went To In The First Place. I Can Already Hear The Excuse Come Next Week That They Are Booked Up Past Thanksgiving And Can’t Deliver The Dresser Till After Sometime Which Means That My Son Won’t Be Able To Enjoy His New Bedroom Set For Even Longer! My Second Complaint Is That When My Couch Set Was Delivered My Wife Was Told That The Longer Couch Would Not Fit Where The Old One (That Was The Same Exact Size) Was So They Put The Smaller Couch There Which Looks Ridiculous. I Came Home And Measured The Opening And There Is Plenty Of Room To Put The Long Couch Where We Wanted It! This Stores Customer Service Needs To Be Fixed Because This Furniture Is Not Cheap And In The Economy That We Are In Right Now Every Customer Should Be Treated A Lot Better Then How Me And My Wife Are Being Treated!!    Read moreOn 7/28/2023 I spent $2,321.91 on a counter table, a queen mattress with a headboard, mirror & dresser. I was told by multiple sales rep there when you buy a dresser it comes with the small dresser also. The reason for my 1 star is I wouldn't recommend anyone go there because Karen (who was my sales rep that day) advised me I would get the small draw if purchasing a dresser but after i got all of my deliveries there was no dresser. She also told she was going to throw in this pillow which was not a part of the set but I asked her for it. You would think you spend that much money cash you can get something ya know. After about 2 weeks of not getting that small little draw I went to tall to her about it in person. We had just moved to a new duplex house in Poinciana with a baby on the way so we needed stuff. A lot of stuff. It's not about the money it's about principal. I could've paid thr $150 for that small drawer cause we were already planning on using that for baby stuff. First time baby parenta & we needed stuff. Karen told me when I went to talk to her in person she would call the owner & should be in contact with in about an hour. A whole week goes by & I heard nothing from Karen. I call back & she tells me the owner said if it's not on the receipt I have to pay for it even though it was her mistake that she forgot to add it to it. Had she added it to it that day I would've paid for it no problem but I did not know she forgot to put it on there so the reason for my 1 star is if they tell you you're going to get something make sure you're actually going to get all of those things & don't end up like a customer like me who will never shop there again. They've lost my trust especially after failing to take accountability for their own...

I purchased a bedroom set and new mattress in July. The delivery happened pretty quickly as I chose to purchase the floor model bedroom set. However, the chest was not available but was told that I can order it and that it would take up to 8 weeks to arrive. I ordered it on July 16th. I called 9 weeks later to see if it had come in and was told it was expected at the end of October. The end of October came and went and still no chest. I understand things have been delayed due to the pandemic but this waiting game has gotten ridiculous. I called again in November and was told in December. Here we are at the end of December and still nothing. When I call, sometimes there’s no answer and other times when I call, I’m told someone will call me back within an hour but no call back. I feel I have been given the run around as it relates to this item. Thankfully I have not paid it in full yet as I was not gonna pay for something in full I would not be using. It’s sad because their customer service was great when I did my purchase initially but now I have an incomplete bedroom set which upsets me to look at every time I walk into my bedroom. To think that I was considering purchasing my living room set from them but this experience has clouded my decision to purchase anything...
