Torrid — Local services in Richmond Heights

St. Louis galleria on Brentwood rd is the closest& most convient location for me but have shopped at quite a few of the other locations as well in the past,& do online purchases ,but mostly That’s when having hectic busy schedules & I don’t have energy r time to get out to local store. Torrid does a fantastic job on employing Friendly, knowledgeable ,Beautiful ladies. That make it easy & fun to shop, & have given me tons of positive feed back when needed & the truth. They always treat not only me but everyone who enters their store the same.They make u feel they r ur good friend. Their is positive energy walking in a torrid store.they always have beautiful smiles on their faces & greet u as your walk-in in the door .Torrid ladies go out & beyond their way to b sure u r being taken care of. We received the best customer service from Kim and Dria. They were both so helpful! Kim brought me clothes to the fitting room and checked in with me to see how the sizes were working and she really made me feel special. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and I appreciate how genuine she was. Dria helped me at the register and was very helpful in explaining the rewards and assisting me with signing up for a credit card that Kim had suggested signing up for. Everytime I go there I leave with something. And the sales personnel have always been extremely helpful and curtious to me. They actually make me feel like they go out of their way to help me. Even though I may go there once a month they always seem to recognize me on sight from the last time i was there.
