This place is a complete joke. I spent a $163 which the money is not the issue. Bought a pair of headphones took them home. They did not work two hours later I’m back in the store and they said they cannot give me my money back because it was opened. That was after I spent another hour in the Southbelt store trying to get some help. The girl called every boss She has no one would answer the phone. No one wants to deal with anything. Then, when you go back to the north belt store, they refund it as they smile and laugh about it. It’s people like this that give Hometown stores a bad name. As far as I’m concerned, every boss that works there be it the regional manager, or any other one should be fired. That’s the problem with managers and employees these days they have no concept of what real customer service should be. An employee talked me into signing up for GameStop Pro without clearly mentioning that it costs money. It was presented as if it were a free perk or part of the purchase process. Only after checking my receipt did I realize I'd been charged for something I never explicitly agreed to pay for.
To make matters worse, when I called to ask for a refund, I was told that GameStop Pro is non-refundable—despite the fact that it was added without properly informing me of the cost upfront. This feels incredibly dishonest and leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I then find out that the manager has stolen all of this particular item. Pretty pathetic when you can no longer trust even the staff to keep your order for you. Just trying to get my money back at this point has been a challenge in and of itself. Once I have my money back I will not be returning as a customer.
