They forgot the sunglasses we purchased from the store last night and when we got home to Nahant and opened the bags we saw the sunglasses were not in there but we had paid $7- for them. I returned via a ride from a friend with my 2yr old and was told by Dina ín customer service the night before she had our sunglasses at customer service counter to mention we spoke and bring our receipt. All of which I did while I was there trying to retrieve the missing item my husband had bought for me. My sunglasses were now missing from desk and kid at customer service made me go get myself a new pair and circle the sunglasses purchase on my receipt and bring them back to him before I could finally leave. Was not pleased by this and it's not the 1st time we have been DISAPPOINTED at the customer service desk. We waited last week in line for $50- perfume purchase and 2 trips to request someone unlock the case to allow us to get the box out of...

Went there today to pick up a cell phone for a friend... Do your research in advance and make sure they actually have it in stock before going and keep in mind what they say on the web doesn't always reflect what they have on the shelf.

Asking an employee is sometimes helpful and sometimes not helpful. Some employees are really knowledgeable about the areas they work in such as the people in the phone area... Others not so much.

Be careful when you're buying shoes when I went in there for boots a while back I found the size I was looking for with no help from anybody since nobody knew anything about where anything was and the organization of the items on the shelf was horrendous... If I checked when I left the store I would have found I had two right...

They let scalpers sit outside and buy as many figures, new electronics as they want and they sell them on eBay 5 times as much. Which allows wal mart to raise the price from retail to scalper price on their site. They NEED to stop letting people scalp... plus NEVER get help. They say scalpers got everything EVERYTIME. Even when I'm there at 7 am. But they know and let it happen? But claim esp with cards there's a limit to 2. And they limit to one or 2 on the site THEY are scalping on! Crazy. I ask for help in target and never say no.... EVERYTIME come back with a carriage full of what I'm looking for from outback. Go to target....
