Buyer beware - I lost $1,196 because this franchise refuses to honor their own contracts.
Until PVOLVE corporate steps in to correct the Agreement terms, I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing class packs.
I’m deeply disappointed in how this franchise handled a valid refund request.
I purchased a 50-class pack, trusting the terms of the Agreement I signed. One of those terms states that you are entitled to a refund for your unused remaining balance if you move more than 25 miles from a studio.
I provided written evidence of my move out of the area, as required. Despite this, the San Diego team denied my refund request, citing vague justifications that are not supported anywhere in the signed Agreement.
The franchise's response to a valid, policy-compliant refund request felt evasive, deceptive, and predatory. I’m now out $1,196 for 46 unused classes, despite complying with the stated terms of the Agreement.
