Foot Locker — Local services in San Francisco

I was buying black Nike air 97 for years from footlocker either online or their store inside the mall at market street , last month I ordered the same sneakers online , I was wearing it for 2 weeks and I noticed there is a hole on the side , so I went to the store to ask for exchange, I asked for a manager to talk to , one employee pointed to the manager so I walked to talk to him the manager I think he was Latino and I stunned at his disrespectful disgusted behavior and manner , I started talking to him he didn’t look me at all , he was staring at the other side of the floor , I immediately asked him to look at me in the eyes and show Some respect, and then he looked at me , I explained to him the situation and I like to do exchange because i bought sneakers recently, he told me I can’t get exchange or refund at all , I knew he was lying and dishonest from his arrogant rude behavior, so I went online at footlocker.com and I saw their return and exchange policy that I can do return or exchange within 30 days and my purchase was recently, I shipped my sneaker that I bought online to their company and I got refund, I didn’t want to shop with them anymore. This Footlocker in San Francisco off of Market Street have the most impatient and untrained employees in my 20+ years of shopping experience at the chain shoe store. I don't know who the manager was, but it is obviously an unprofessional and "Ghetto" store to describe it nicely. The lack of customer service skills is somewhat not surprising. The unfortunate thing is, if this store was in a different location; it would've been shut down already. They are only getting the sales due to the location. Anywho, I will definitely won't come back to "shop"; but will only come by the way of business.

10/06/2022: Looks like the idiots took a lot of hits and finally hired some "real" employees. The most current visit was very pleasant. I see new employees as well as a couple of employees that were there before the pandemic. Thanks for getting this Footlocker store back to how it is supposed to be with great people who actually want to work! I will upgrade from 1(0)-stars...

This place sucks. I wanted a dark colored pair of shoes in a specific style. After multiple times of saying I wanted to go somewhere else or at least call another location to check for stock, a guy working here convinced me to get a pair of "machine washable" bright white shoes that would be "easy to clean". I said, "Do you swear these are actually machine washable?" He said he swears. I explained I walk 10 miles a day in Oakland and sf, and that if he's really convincing me to get all white shoes, I need to at least be able to clean them well. He insists over and over that I can machine wash them. Well I go to wash them after wearing, and it turns out they're not machine washable at all. They completely fall apart if you wash them that way. Then I checked the website of the brand, and it even says specifically not to machine wash. I feel like an idiot for trusting...
