On April 22, 2025, I had the opportunity to visit the Santa Monica location for the first time, and I was truly impressed. After speaking with Johnny a few times over the phone, I was excited to finally meet him in person.
I’ve had my heart set on the Empire Carryall 40 in honey brown since last year, and Johnny was incredibly helpful in making that dream a reality. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! His customer service skills are outstanding; he is kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.
