COACH — Local services in Santa Monica

On April 22, 2025, I had the opportunity to visit the Santa Monica location for the first time, and I was truly impressed. After speaking with Johnny a few times over the phone, I was excited to finally meet him in person.

I’ve had my heart set on the Empire Carryall 40 in honey brown since last year, and Johnny was incredibly helpful in making that dream a reality. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! His customer service skills are outstanding; he is kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

Even though the Santa Monica location is about a 22-mile drive from my home, I will definitely continue to visit. My shopping experience was exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Johnny, for making my visit...

I've been a Coach customer for over 35 years. Every Coach retail store is not the same. This location has an exceptional staff. They go the extra mile to make suggestions about products to add to your collection. This is the kind of service that you expect from higher end brands. This is one of my favorite stores in the mall.
