I ordered a refurbished red Nintendo Wii with a motion plus controller. When it arrived it had a cheap third party controller from Hong Kong that wasn't Nintendo brand. The power cable, sensor bar and audio/video cable weren't Nintendo either. The system wasn't even fully red, it had black doors on the top in place of the red ones. The employees here tried to argue with me that the controller was official Nintendo. I shown them the battery cover was blank where it would have said Nintendo and they said ya that's just the battery cover the controller is still Nintendo. I went in there earlier today to return a game that I had bought last Thursday. A young guy named Josh or so he said - said he was unable to give me a refund because I was past the seven-day return period. I told him I bought the game exactly a week before and he said that they count the day it was purchased as 1 day. I called the Visalia GameStop and they said that wasn't true and he should allow me to return the game. I explained to him what they said and he still didn't offer to refund. I ended up going to the GameStop in Fresno on Blackstone and Nees. They returned the game - No questions asked.
