If I could give negative zero stars .. I would..6 weeks ago I broke my phone.. I went to this store to replace it, where I was told that I needed $400 in order to replace. Thatās fine. Fast forward to yesterday, I finally go to get my phone, he was nice enough to make a phone call, and my credit limit was raised.. therefore I did not need the money, they advanced my credit. So I was waiting to get my phone, after 45 minutes for him to tell me that I needed to wait 24 hours. ( he didnāt know, but heās the manager.) anyways I went back this afternoon and he had a few people and I left and went back. I waited 2 hours. He attempted to give 3 people a phone. For over 2 hours, he could not successfully do that. Finally I asked if he thought he would be finished in order for me to leave by 6 pm, as I had somewhere to be. He said, I donāt think so. Soo I asked if I could handle this matter at another store, because I no longer wanted to deal with him.. (did I mention he never once acknowledged my existence)( not once in 2 hours) he then held up his hands and yelled THEN LEAVE!!! I have never been treated soo rudely or have ever encountered a ā managerā that has absolutely no idea how to do his job, professionally, or how to treat his customers.. he isnāt trained as to the procedures or how the format of the program works. He isnāt qualified to even be an employee much less a manager. He absolutely lost our families business, and I hope anyone who would like a positive experience, had the sense to visit any other Verizon store on the planet BESIDES THIS ...

The guy at the desk a few days earlier had told me that theyād have a demo for the 15 that I could look at prior to signing with them. So I go in expecting to pay the taxes for the phone. I asked him if he could tell me what my plan would be for this phone. He just picked random numbers out of his head. Then told me that there is a $40 fee for transferring over all my stuff from my old phone to the new one. Then on top of that he was charging me an activation fee. Which I was told couldnāt be waived.

The first time the system was down and the second time he said he could no longer do what he said he could do 2 days prior. It was the only reason I came back. His only interest was selling me a new phone. I went to another store and had an answer in less than 5 minutes. Needless to say I will not return.
