GameStop — Local services in Sikeston

Will not shop at this GameStop or any GameStop again. Purchased the replacement plan for two controllers and have never had a problem with replacing them until tonight. Took the controllers in to replace and didn’t know that apparently the policy had changed on but while I was try to explain the guy behind the counter that previous time I’ve just exchanged them for whatever they had and just paid the difference. While I was trying to explain this to him he stand on his hippie toes and proceeds to raise his voice saying I have to order these because we do not have them in stock. I swear this generation anymore is rude but anyway I will not shop at this GameStop again I will go to another store and exchange them but this will be the last time I ever go...

I was there on 04/27/2024 around 1030am . I was going to buy a product I had it up at the register with me waiting and the clerk was to busy looking at her phone to notice I was there I stood there for five minutes waiting to see if she would look up and see if I was there. She never did. I slammed.the item back down on the shelf and walked out. Never again will go to this game stop. Know wonder game stops are closing down .... Poor customer service....they barely had any Xbox one games to...never again will I go back to...
